CANCELLATION POLICY

Attention clients, your time and mine are valuable. To ensure smooth scheduling and exceptional service for all my clients, please take a moment to review my No-Show and Late Policy. ⏰ Late Arrivals I understand that life happens! If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. I allow a 15-minute grace period for most appointments. However, arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the need to reschedule, especially if it affects the next client’s appointment. ❌ No-Shows A “no-show” is when a client misses an appointment without contacting me. No-shows impact me and other clients who could have booked that time. If you call no-show you will be charged the full service fee, after two no-show, I may require a non-refundable deposit to secure future appointments. Repeat no-shows may result in refusal of future service. 📅 Cancellations I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to accommodate other clients waiting. If you fail to do so you will be charged half of your scheduled service fee. After 2 times you will be required a deposit upon booking, or banned from booking. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
